You are to:

·         Create an electronic folder called: BSBTEC201 Assessment Tasks, your initials
and save files under that folder

·         Save all documents as per the file name provided as per each task

Print ALL your documents and assemble them in the correct order or these can be uploaded to the Moodle site  **** Email the documents to your teacher ****

Task 1 Agenda

·         Prepare the following agenda

·         Adjust left and right margins to 4 cm

·         Address of meeting is:  1-3 Fletcher Road, Frankston

·         Number the agenda items

·         Proofread, review and edit and print

·         Save the document as “Agenda, your full name”

  

Task 2(a) Plan and draft Memo

You will be required to complete a handwritten draft for your memo ensuring that you are covering the relevant topics.

 ** Get one of your colleagues or teacher to review your document **

Task 2(b) Type Memo Edit Review Deliver

Memo Instructions:

  1. Memo is to All Staff from You
  2. Date the memo 18 May 2020
  3. Memo is regarding the mid-year Awards Party which will be on Friday 31 July 2020 and has a ‘Hollywood’ theme.  Time starts at 7 pm.  Will finish at 11.30 pm
  4. Add an appropriate image to the memo
  5.  RSVP by 30 June 2020
  6. Party is for staff only – no partners, friends or relatives
  7. Attire is formal
  8. Research a venue for the Awards Party. It must be within 25kms of Frankston CBD
  9. Once you have chosen your venue – be precise on the venue details, address etc.

Think about the tone of the memo.  Consider bullet points. Be creative in a business manner
